Joseph Himy – Chief Financial Officer

A long-time member of the Vyteris team, Mr. Himy transitions from vice president of finance to chief financial officer at the company. He previously was also principal accounting officer and controller for Vyteris. Prior to his position at Vyteris, Mr. Himy was manager of financial reporting at LeCroy Corporation, where he was responsible for all Securities and Exchange Commission filings and regulatory compliance in addition to his position in treasury operations and investor relations. He began his financial career as for the accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche where he was promoted to audit manager. Mr. Himy received a bachelor's of science degree in accounting from Brooklyn College of the City University, is also a certified public accountant and on the board of directors on three not for profit organizations.
