Chairman and Principal Executive Officer: Eugene Bauer
Effective February 11, 2010, Eugene A. Bauer, M.D. has been elected as a Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vyteris, Inc.
Dr. Bauer is the President and Chief Medical Officer of Peplin Inc., the US-based subsidiary of LEO Pharma, and was a co-founder of Connetics, a publicly-traded biotechnology company that was acquired by Stiefel Laboratories in 2006. He is a former Dean of the School of Medicine at Stanford University. Dr. Bauer was previously Chief Executive Officer of Neosil Inc., which was acquired by Peplin in 2008. Dr. Bauer is Lucy Becker Professor, Emeritus, in the School of Medicine at Stanford University, a position he has held since 2002. He served as Vice President for Medical Affairs and Dean of the Stanford University School of Medicine from 1995 to 2001 and served as Chair of the Department of Dermatology at the Stanford University School of Medicine from 1988 to 1995. During his tenure as department chair, Dr. Bauer also served as Program Director of the Stanford University General Clinical Research Center (GCRC), where he oversaw the federal and industry-sponsored research carried out in the GCRC. In addition, Dr. Bauer is a member of the board of directors of Medgenics, Inc., Arbor Vita Corp., Patient Safety Technologies, Inc., and MediSync Bioservices.

David DiGiacinto
President & CEO of Minrad International since March 2008 and has served as a director of Minrad International, Inc. since December 2004 and Minrad Inc. since 2002. Mr. DiGiacinto joined Spencer Trask Specialty Group LLC in 2000 and is currently a Senior Managing Director. Before joining Spencer Trask he spent 18 years at Pfizer, Inc. and six years as a captain in the U.S. Air Force. Mr. DiGiacinto also currently serves on the Board of Directors of Vyteris Holdings (Nevada), Inc. and several privately-held companies. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Russell Owen Potts, Ph.D.
Russell Owen Potts, Ph.D. is a recognized expert in the field of iontophoresis. Most recently he served as Vice President of Research and Development at Cygnus, Inc. where he was instrumental in the development and commercialization of Glucowatch Biographer,a transdermal diagnostic system to continuously monitor blood glucose levels in patients with diabetes. He has published a substantial body of literature including book chapters on various iontophoresis related subjects and in the field of skin biophysics. He is currently on the editorial boards of the Journal of Drug Delivery and the Journal of Controlled Release. He has been involved in the creation of several inventions in the field of iontophoresis and holds 15 US patents. He received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, his M.S. in Physical Chemistry from Cornell University, and his B.S. in Chemistry from Michigan State University. He is a consultant to the healthcare industry in the field of medical devices and pharmaceuticals.
Arthur Courbanou
Courbanou currently serves as chief operating and financial officer for Sunham Home Fashions, LLC, where he is responsible for establishing and directing domestic and international long-range operations and financial plans. Previously, he was a partner in the audit and consulting firm of Rosen Seymour Shapss Martin & Company LLP, where he oversaw litigation support, forensic accounting and financial services. He also was a partner in the accounting firm of Berenson & Company LLP, where he oversaw audits, reviews and compilations. He is a certified public accountant, licensed in the State of New York and is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Courbanou received his bachelor’s of science degree in accounting from State University of New York. On the Vyteris board, Courbanou will chair the audit committee.
John Burrows
On February 29, 2008, John E. Burrows, having been duly elected, joined the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Burrows is expected to serve on the Company's Audit Committee and Special Assessment Committee. He may also serve on the Compensation Committee or the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Burrows is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of general management experience in drug delivery and specialty chemicals for the global pharmaceutical, food, personal care and metalworking markets. He is the Lead Director of Technitrol, a $1.3B NYSE listed electronics company and a director of Kingsbury, Inc, a privately owned manufacturing company. John also advises private equity firms on transactions in drug delivery and the chemical industry and consults with a startup, point of service prescription fulfillment company. Commencing in November 1995, Mr. Burrows was President and CEO of SPI Holding Co., a $230M private equity-owned company . The company was sold in 1998 to ABF, a British holding company, providing a return to the private equity sponsors of over 600% in just four years. Mr. Burrows continued with SPI He again successfully sold the company to another strategic buyer in March, 2007. Prior to joining SPI, John was the VP of North American operations for Quaker Chemical, responsible for the financial performance of 4 divisions in the NAFTA region. John has a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from the University of Virginia. Between the two degrees, he served for two years as a platoon leader in the US Army.
Susan Guerin
Susan Guerin is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sun Chemical Corporation , where she is responsible for Finance, Information Technology, Shared Business Services and Customer Service , as well as providing operational and strategic support to the Global Leadership Team. Guerin has more than 20 years' experience in financial management and operations at major global organizations.
Prior to joining Sun Chemical, Guerin was President of the Americas Apparel Group at Paxar Corporation, where she had full profit and loss responsibility for the North American and Latin American businesses. Other positions Guerin held include Senior Vice President Finance, Cendant Corporation, and CFO at Lerner New York. Guerin spent 15 years with the Unilever Group and held a series of management roles both in the U.S. and overseas. She began her career with E. F. Hutton in sales, trading and corporate finance.
Guerin holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from New York University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.
